I've just read Empire Falls by Richard Russo, its a very good book, and does have certain religious tie in it, also one of Nora's favourte books and i can see why, good book, i recomend anyone to read it.

I've actually just started the book. And while i can see Christianity in it, the language and deragatory comments, keep me from fully enjoying it. But it is a very well written story and i'm going to try to keep on reading it.
