A very interesting find, but I would be skeptical at this point.  I found another link that provided two additional items that prompted my skepticism :

The cave is being dated as Iron Age and the illustrations as Byzantine.  Don't mean to be a wet blanket.

Finding cups and jugs to pour water would not necessarily be evidence of John or his baptism as the bible gives no indication that John poured or sprinkled the water, but more likely the Bible implies John's baptism is immersion in water. The very word baptism means immersion.
