the name "Children of the Earth" was originally applied to Jerusalem Crickets but has now been relocated to solpugids (or solifugids) which is what I was thinking of.
Hopefully that clears everything up.
The air is not clear yet.
Now I want to know who thought up a word like "sulpogid"? Do entymologists ever laugh at themselves?
I have not idea where that comes from. They're more commonly known as (other than "Children of the Earth") Wind Scorpions, Sun Scorpions and others. If you go on a search engine and type in any of those names you should be able to find a picture of them to help clear everything up. (as a warning, they're 10x uglier than Jerusalem Crickets
)
