          Dear PR:

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm PR,you have me drooling now.    Grin
I thank you for telling me that.I heard this, that aluminim leaches nutrition & vitamins out of store bought drinks,
although most store bought drinks don't have any in them in the first place.
I have a juicer at home, but find the juicing books though.
 I imagine they would help(you think ?).

Especially so if you can't remember how to do it.  Cheesy Grin

Store bought drinks are best when bottled in glass. There is much less contamination and damage to the contents than those bottled in cans or plastic.
