I'm currently reading them.  I liked how they helped me understand what's going to happen in the tribulation... but as far as a well written book, I didn't really think they developed the characters very well and they weren't very likable (the characters, not the actual books.  Right...).  Just my two cents...

I read the first one. Main points as I saw it:

1. Thin characters, and not great writing overall.

2. One interpretation of end-times ideas. Interesting and entertaining, but by no means certain.

This is how I feel as well.

We have to remember that the "how's" and "when's" of the "end times" are not known.  We do know that the Lord will come again but how or when is definitely uncertain.

This is one interpretation alone.

I have just made a post on the "Christian fiction" thread which gives my opinion on this topic.

What was the first thing Satan did with Eve?

Mixed truth with fiction. God hates mixture. Read my post on the other thread for a slightly more detailed (but not lengthy) post on this.
