Good Easter morning friends!
I have been absent from you all, due to PC problems, rotator cuff problems and now we are trying to do a refinance and ubgone31! If we are able to do this, I may become a "SAHA"~~~? THat's "STAY AT HOME ARTIST" I am VERY worried about our appraisal! We still have some "works in progress"
