Hey sincereheart are you a grandma? I bet you'd make for an excellent grandma. You're just a big kid from what I can tell. Not yet! But I look forward to the time!  I'm old enough, though...  And I do come here to play - this is my relaxation place! I get to be 'mature' all day.... And sometimes the load gets a bit heavy. We get the 'strays' at our door and on the phone often. "What do I do about..." "Is it true that Jesus..." "Money is tight, so could you...." "We're have no food, so..." ("Strays" - Those that are searching and are put off by traditional church people) and the new Christians who have questions about life, church, and about Scripture, etc. Then there are those from the church who know we homeschool and therefore must be available to do the things that they don't have time for. And there's the house, yard, and kids and husband stuff. But I'm ok. No, really..... Sorry!  So I come here to play until I'm ready to face the grown-up world! |
