Just an update...we're into week 8 in awaiting a reply.  Standard for one syndicate is 4-6 weeks, with a note that the longer it takes to hear from them, the further up their process we're going.  After calling them, we found out we're still being reviewed!    

Another of the syndicates takes up to 3 months to check stuff out and decide so we're still a month away on that one.

Final update:  We've now been rejected by 3 of the top Syndicators in the nation!  Which means we pretty much stink...

Actually, I think the market's slow, and regardless, what we think might be a seller, they have the knowledge of what would or would not sell.  Oh well.  God's still in control and blessed be His NAME!
