I am so sorry I have not been here! My rotator cuff pain has been awful, and I cannot use my pc much! Today I am off work, and it feels better!!!
Please forgive my absence!

Oh, that must be so frustrating! Is the pain something that will go away eventually, or will you be stuck with some of it?
