I have a prayer request.   My current job appears to be on the verge of being eliminated at the company I work for.   I have been offered another position, but I am somewhat uncertain about it.  I would like to ask for prayer, that God would give me dicernment about what He wants me to do.   Its one of those deals where I have to let them know something right away, so I am inclined to go ahead and interview for it while I decide.   I am prayerfully asking that God will either open or close doors for me during this process, so that I will be in His will, and not just choosing out of circumstances.

Thanks!

Grace and Peace!

Praying for you, brother.

God has this unique way of opening and closing doors.  No doubt with your faith He will have His way.  I will pray…

Update:

I have been selected to interview for the new position this coming Monday.   I have had a chance to do a little cross training in that department, and it appears to be a job I would be very interested in.

Again I ask for prayer that Gods will be done, and that he will be with me during the interview process.

Thanks a lot for the prayers you guys.  It really means a lot to me.

Brother 2nd Timothy,

I will be praying for you. I think that you are displaying a good testimony to other by making this a matter of prayer. I think that the lives of Christians would have much more joy if we all seek God's will for our lives. I pray that God will light the path HE wants you to take.

Love In Christ,
Tom
