As Bangladeshi Terror Module Busted in Assam, Police Reveal Arrested Madrasa Teacher Trained Students in Jihad

The Morigaon module of Bangladesh-based Ansar Ul Bangla Team (ABT) operations in Assam is emerging as one of the most vital and dangerous terror modules busted by the Assam police and central investigating agencies so far.

After 19 students from the Jamiul Huda Madarsa were questioned by the National Investigation Team (NIA) team probing the ABT module in Morigaon on July 31, the Assam Police and the central agencies have interrogated the head of the madrasa, Mufti Mustafa, who along with another suspect, is in police custody.

A Saudi Arabian woman built a new life in hiding. Then she disappeared

Shaimaa Albugamy celebrated her 25th birthday in hiding. It was the best one she had ever had.

After being physically and psychologically abused by her brothers and father, and regularly confined at home for years, Albugamy fled her family in a village near Mecca in October 2021, friends and human rights groups have said.

On her birthday in December, friends offered her cake, but she said she didn't need it. Being able to walk around freely was celebration enough, she told them.

"She said that the best thing that she had done in her life was to escape," a friend told Middle East Eye.

Four months later, she vanished.

Two Hindu students of Faiz-e-Aam Muslim College expelled for reading Hanuman Chalisa instead of Quran

The Inter College in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh named Faiz-e-Aam Muslim College is in the news after it expelled two Hindu students for reading Hanuman Chalisa instead of the Quran. The victim students say that they were asked to read a few verses from Quran but they chose to read Hanuman Chalisa instead after which they have been forced to stay out of the institute.

According to the reports, the Hindu students who have been expelled from the college are accused of spreading religious hysteria. While one of the victim students confirmed that his name has been dropped from college for reading Hanuman Chalisa instead of Quran, the other student says that he is not even aware why his name has been removed from the college.

Sourav Yadav, a student of class 11, revealed the exact sequence of events. He said that he was sitting and reading Rahim’s couplets, a Muslim student who was sitting beside him happened to object to his act and asked him to read the Quran instead of the couplet. Saurav Yadav then began reading Ramayana and Hanuman Chalisa instead of the Quran. The Muslim students complained to the college management and they ultimately cut off Sourav’s name from the college and issued him a Transfer Certificate.

Bangladesh: CCTV footage shows how Islamists orchestrated attack on Hindus in Narail

Days after Islamists ran riots under the pretext of blasphemy in the Narail district of Bangladesh, a newly released CCTV footage showed the systematic manner in which they orchestrated the attack on the Hindu community.

As per an exclusive report by Ekatoor TV, a mob of young Muslim men targeted the houses and shops of Hindu families, living in the Sahapara area of Narail, on July 15 this year.

The mob was led from the front by local religious and political leaders, who denied any complicity in the crime despite their faces being caught on the CCTV. According to locals, the attackers were not ‘unknown’ and were members of adjoining villages.

Half an hour before the attack, the Islamists were seen coming out of the local masjid and heading in the direction of Sahapara. Ekatoor TV reported that some of the attackers were passing information via phone to their handlers about the on-ground situation.

Germany: Transsexual woman spat at, beaten and sprayed with irritant gas by migrants

On Friday afternoon July 29, 2022, a transsexual woman was attacked by unknown persons during a walk in Bremen. Three men allegedly spat at her, beat her and sprayed her with irritant gas.

According to the Bremen police, the 40-year-old woman was walking with her dog and two goats on Waller Street in Walle. According to her own statements, she was then lightly touched by a passing car. The driver got out of the car and insulted and threatened her for unknown reasons. The 40-year-old then went on her way and the two parties went their separate ways.

Ayman al-Zawahiri, the leader of al-Qaeda, who was killed in a drone strike in Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Monday, 1 August, leaves behind a long legacy of violence.

Referred to as Osama bin Laden's right-hand man until the US took the former out in 2011, Zawahiri had been al-Qaeda's chief since June that year.

He made himself known to the world in a courtroom cage after President Anwar al-Sadat of Egypt was assassinated in 1981. Al-Zawahiri was rounded up as a member of the Egyptian Islamic Jihad, which played a role in the assassination.

Atrocities against minorities in Bangladesh are not taking the name of stopping. Where a Hindu girl was molested by a man and then killed. The accused then posted the girl's picture on Facebook and declared that she was dead. The deceased girl has been identified as Anuradha Sen, a child belonging to the Hindu minority community at Nalitabari Upazila in Sherpur, Bangladesh.

Muslims kidnapped 15 year old Anuradha Sen in Bangladesh. Later a photo of her was shared on her own Facebook a/c & it was written that no need to find her, she is dead.

Same thing happened in India in case of Nishank Rathode. World in silence is observing Hindi Genocide.

Man arrested with AK-47 outside of dissident Iranian journalist’s Brooklyn home

A man armed with a loaded AK-47 was arrested on Thursday outside of the Brooklyn home of Iranian dissident journalist Masih Alinejad, according to sources and charging documents.

Khalid Mehdiyev, 23, was found with the assault rifle, a high-capacity magazine and more than $1,000 worth of cash when he was arrested after lurking for two days, according to a federal complaint.

The complaint makes no explicit connection between Mehdiyev and Alinejad but says the accused had focused on an unnamed Brooklyn “residence.”

Maulana Salman Nadwi, who attended inter-faith meeting with NSA Doval, backtracks on proposal to ban PFI, had earlier sworn allegiance to ISIS

Days after attending the All India Sufi Sajjadanashin Council (AISSC) that demanded a ban on the functioning of the Islamist organization Popular Front of India (PFI), Lucknow-based Islamic cleric Salman Nadwi opposed the call and said that it was illogical to ban the entire organization due to mistake of a few members.

Nadwi also compared the organization to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangha (RSS) and blatantly contended that the two organizations worked on similar lines.

According to the reports, Nadwi was part of the inter-faith conference that was held in New Delhi last Saturday. The conference was attended by National Security Advisor Ajit Doval and AISSC which is an Islamist organization set up for four years. The conference passed the resolution to ban the PFI involved in radicalism or incidents like the recent killing of tailor Kanhaiya Lal in Udaipur or the Bihar terror module.

Chicago Deobandi Madrassa Accredited as College

Darul Qasim, an Islamic seminary in the suburbs of Chicago, has announced that the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE) has awarded the institution “a license to operate as a college.”

Founded by Shaykh Mohammad Amin Kholwadia in 2000, Darul Qasim offers courses on Islamic law, theology, Qur’an recitation, among other Islamic topics. Ultimately, according to the IBHE, Darul Qasim is working to provide “a master’s level degree in Islamic Law and Theology.”

The IBHE seems to believe, however, that the institution “primarily serves Muslim students from diverse ethnic minority groups” and turns them into “imams (spiritual leaders) for Muslim communities, counselors, and chaplains.”

But Darul Qasim is not just a Muslim college. It is an institution belonging to the Deobands, a hardline South Asian movement established in the 19th century, whose offshoots include the Taliban.

Shireen Mazari, the former Pakistan minister and a close aide to Imran Khan, recently insinuated that Al Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri would have been alive if former PM Imran Khan had been in power.

Taking to Twitter, Mazari alluded that the US engineered the removal of the former PM from office because it wanted a supportive government to assist them in the assassination of Al-Qaeda Ayman al-Zawahiri.

The PTI leader wondered if the US used Pakistani airspace to target the Al Qaeda chief in Kabul, alleging that the Hellfire missile which caused the death of the terrorist had flown in Afghanistan from the direction of the Gulf region.

‘Palestinians’ carry out over 3,700 jihad attacks against Israels so far in 2022; 21 dead, 316 injured

In the first half of 2022, Arab terrorists have committed over 3,700 terrorist attacks against Israelis, Sauveteurs sans Frontières (SSF) Judea and Samaria reported Sunday.

As a result of attacks and violence by Arabs against Israelis in the first six months of 2022, 21 Israeli were murdered, leaving behind 43 orphans, and 316 were injured.

SSF recorded 2,692 rock attacks, 577 Molotov cocktail attacks, 542 incidents of roadblocks with burning tires, 178 attempts to blind Israeli drivers with a laser, 33 explosive charges, 41 arson incidents, 30 attacks with fireworks, 25 bottles of paint thrown at vehicles, 21 rock obstacles on the road, 14 shooting attacks, one vehicular attack, and seven thwarted stabbing attacks.

159 Israelis were injured in rock attacks, including 98 civilians, 40 soldiers, and 21 policemen.

No Tolerance For Premarital Relationships Taliban Flogs Three People Accused Of Adultery

According to Taliban local officials in Nangarhar province, in eastern Afghanistan, three people—two men and one woman—were reportedly flogged publicly for committing adultery.

The newsletter of the Taliban governor's office in Nangarhar province states that these three individuals, who shared a residence, were tried and sentenced after being detained on suspicion of having an illegal sexual relationship.

Each of these three people reportedly received 39 lashes in public, according to the publication.

Award-winning opera singer barred from taking stage at university over Kurdish songs

Pervin Chakar, one of the few Kurdish opera singers to be awarded various international prizes, has been barred from taking the stage at Turkey's Mardin Artuklu University for including Kurdish songs in her repertoire.

Chakar made the announcement on Twitter on July 31. “In May, we wrote a petition to Mardin Artuklu University's concert hall to give a concert. The rector's attitude was quite positive. They have later asked for my repertoire. They have not allowed me to give a concert since I have Kurdish songs in my repertoire. I am grieving for not being able to give a concert in my city,” said Chakar, who is originally from Turkey's southeastern province of Mardin.

In Berlin, 41-year-old Moroccan Mounir M. is currently on trial – for a violent offence in a public park, with which he involuntarily helped to emphasise the lesson that a concerned father wanted to teach his daughter: The father had wanted to show the 12-year-old how dangerous it was to be in Berlin’s parks late at night. In the end, Mounir M. made sure in a bloody way that the anticipatory educational measures were fully justified.

What exactly had happened? On August 11 last year, shortly before midnight, 40-year-old Tomas K. and his daughter were arguing loudly in the park in Charlottenburg. The father criticised her for having crossed the de facto no-go areas of a Berlin park at that time of night and wanted to make it clear to her how dangerous it was to be in that area at that time of night (and in view of the conditions in Berlin not only at that time) – due to the migrant troublemakers usually encountered there, including the prevalence of violence and drugs.

“She came much too late from football training,” explained Tomas K. “I got worried, went to meet her. Saw her slowly strolling out of the park – in the middle of the night! She knows not to go that way!” He continued, “I said to her, ‘We’re going back so you understand why you’re not supposed to do that!’ We argued. I lost sight of her in the park.” Shortly afterwards, the father discovered her again – and had to realise that the self-fulfilling prophecy was already the case: “When she came back, a man followed her.”
