I don't know if this is true or not, I've found several references to the story. Some are saying yes it's true and others saying no it's not true

The names given and their job titles are correct. I have found accusations of such a crime as far back as August but nowhere can I locate any legal action such as an arrest warrant nor record of arrest in any federal or local courts nor is there such an accusation listed in the White House government files that lists various voter fraud incidents/charges.
