Is Homer homely? Most certainly. He is however, indicative of humanity at large, making him endearing to say the least. DOOOOHHHH!!!

Why does a panther pant? As a means of cooling itself off. Panthers do not have the ability to perspire as we do, and God has given them the ability to relieve themselves of the built up inner heat via the panting reflex.

Who decided the way a ball would bounce? Contrary to popular belief, it wasn't Sir Isaac Newton! Hahahaaaa....hem. God in His sovereignty has allowed man to freely chose where to bounce that ball, and dependent upon said man's atheletic ability actually accomplish said task.

What are those monkey shines people keep talking about? That would, of course, depend highly upon who those people are, Brother Tom. For instance, people in the southwest would talk about the movie, "Monkey Shine" and consider whether or not it was a good movie or not. People in the southeast would be talking about liquor made from monkeys. People from the Oklahoma region would be talking about the indigineous monkey populations shining yodelling capabilities. Can you be more specific?

Why does the chicken cluck and who named the noise "cluck"? The chicken does not, in fact, cluck. However, for sake of spelling, Nimrod Snagelgrueberwitz of the Nebraskan Snagelgrueberwitz's, coined the term "cluck." It is simply far easier to spell than "ckahck." Mr. Snagelgrueberwitz was always looking for easier words to spell.

Has anyone ever seen the silver lining of a cloud? Yes. However, it is important to note that this lining is rather light reflecting off of the moisture filled cloud. Sort of a rainbow in reverse.

Why do they say "I've had one of those days"? Because there is a misconception of the universal understanding of just exactly what one of those days consists, and the human desire for empathy and sympathy.

Aren't all days one of those days? Again, this is dependent upon one's understanding of what that statement consists. If one were speaking of having a day of trial, where another perceives it as an opportunity to grow through that trial, the first would expect empathy and sympathy, while the other would deliver a joyful response of how good God is. Perhaps, this would best be answered with a resounding...Maybe?

Why do fools rush in instead of just slowly walking in? Because they are fools.

When you see someone grin, do you think they are happy, or do you think they have been up to something?
