I like the idea of a buffer zone, suggesting indirectly where boundaries may be nearing.
The zone I'm thinking of so far, in increasing significance:
"Principle's Office"

"Detention"

"Probation"

and
"Jail"
There could be variations--say "Solitary", or "The Guillotine"(for when people actually get thrown off the site--with reason why. I think this would be helpful to all. And might lesson the "arbitrariness" implications?...??)
And for basket cases, "The Men in White", or "The Padded Cell"...

Maybe if we treat people humorously, with "affection", we might be able to lasso a few of the more difficult ones? They put up a big show that they're just here to troll or vandalize; a humorous buffer zone might intercept them unexpectedly--and some of them are lonely individuals, searching?
When they see their name in Jail or worse, it might be for them a different way of looking at things. If they persist, then show them the door(but again, posted, like under Guillotine, or "Lethal Injection"(

)--with reason why).
I think Jesus was always doing that--that is, an unexpected twist to things?
But, while this is a "good" idea, it would be much too much for a volunteer. For it to succeed, it would have to be a paid position, I think, at least in some way.
It could be very effective, I think.
