DESERT
«

He hides in his cupboard
His blinds are all drawn
He once was so fervent
He now stands forlorn
Been let down by many
Been left high and dry
Now wanders in darkness
He can't even cry
There comes a time
When the desert appears
You come to a hurdle
That you cannot clear
The debris of childhood
Is ready to leave
The devil has bound it
So you're left to grieve.
It's your decision
Will you give Him up
To bathe in depression
With torment to sup
Or face all your demons
And finally get rid
Get holy explosive
To blow off the lid.
