If one personality becomes a Christian but another not only doesn't, but is evil. Would they still have salvation? Does God say anything about this?

I take it that you are talking about someone that has been diagnosed with Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) which is now called Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). I am far from being an expert in this area but then again I would say that neither are most Psychiatrists after all the majority of them are humanists at the most. Even many of them will say that this 'disorder' is often over diagnosed as to give a reason for a person to act accordingly.

I do believe that MPD can be a real condition. Christians do have a sinful nature but when we become God's we are made new and the sinful nature is 'put away'. In this aspect it could be said that we all have MPD to a certain degree. In some situations the Bible shows demon possession as being the cause although personally I don't think that all of those today with this diagnosis would fit that situation either. It is said that this condition is caused by some sort of trauma experienced in childhood (i.e. abuse of some sort) and that the person has 'made' another personality in order to deal with that hurt or fear.

Individuals with MPD are always in a state of confusion and fear. With this thought in mind we also must take into account that God is not the author of confusion or fear. We also must consider that each of us as an individual has but one soul and we are very clearly told that evil cannot abide in the same house with the Holy Spirit. In this example we know that a person cannot be demon possessed and still be a born again Christian. If it is a situation of 'splitting the mind' into different personalities in order to deal with hurt and pain then it too can be healed through the saving grace of God even though it may take time for the person to come to that knowledge.
