My daughters have been attending a Youth Group where the Pastor's Son's Girlfriend has become very involved.  Problem is she is a proud and professed Wiccan.  Not only am I concerned that the Pastor would allow this relationship but that he would allow her to be active in the Youth Group. She also sings with the Youth music program in our Worship Service and the group has started to sing secular music.  This girl is mean to my daughters and mean to the Pastor's Son.  The Pastor says he is hoping she will feel moved by the Holy Spirit somehow and come around.  But she laughs aloud at Christian Messages given at meetings.  It is not bad enough that we live in Southern Utah and are surrounded by Mormons but now we have a Wiccen.  Very Frusturating!!! Help, I don't know what to say to the Pastor without offending him.

I wouldn't be concerned about offending him. This is not a good influence on the others there especially if she has an active part in the programs. Being a guest is one thing but not an active part. Something needs to be done about it or there will be serious problems for the entire church. As scripture says the truth will offend and the truth needs to be given. If after talking with the pastor nothing is accomplished then it needs to be taken up the churches deacons. If that does not work then it needs to be brought up to the entire membership. If after all that nothing is resolved then I personally would be searching for a more appropriate church.

Hello Nomo,

I see this is your first post, so welcome!

I agree 100% with the advice given by Pastor Roger. This is not something I would be able to tolerate for long.

Love In Christ,
Tom
