Jullian the grandson of my hairdresser is in a foster like home. His mom got involved with the wrong crowd and began using drugs. Jullian was taken away from her  and placed in Foster care. She has been on the straight and naroow for over two years and the courts wont let her have her son back.  In addition Jullian's grandmother saw that he had a black eye some time back and turned his foster parents into the police and CPS. He has been hiding his face in shame at his grandmother's. He was afraid that his grandmother would punish him for qspilling water in her car. A  judge recently heard Jullian's case as to whether or not he goes back to his mom. He is  dawdling twidling his thumbs in making thedecision. Plasepray for God's mercy here.

All too often the system that is meant to protect children fails miserably in it's job. It is a very hard life for these children. My prayers will be with Julian that God places him in a safe and loving environment.
