So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. (Isaiah 55:11)

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. (John 6:63)

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4:12)

AMEN! Brother Keifer, it's been awhile since I thanked you. I do want you to know that the Scriptures are timely and still the most powerful message on earth. As an example, your post today is one of my favorite portions of Scripture. It has power for the lost and the saved. For the saved, it's a reminder of the biggest thing we have to give thanks for - JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOUR! Love In Christ, Tom Thanks be unto God for His unspeakable GIFT, Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour Forever!
