Blessings~

I believe in the motto, "Be a Blessing to Someone!"

I try to help the poor street people who live in Grand Rapids, MI.
I have taken food like apples, bread, bagels and fruit and handed in out to these people.
I have handed out blankets and clothes.
I have sat and talked with them, listening to their joys and saddness.

I feel by doing this , I am Blessing someone.

You are blessing someone, by showing them Christ. Keep it up, sister!

You are, indeed, a blessing!  I used to cook at our local soup kitchen, until I became physically disabled, but I always loved doing that.  Also, at the soup kitchen, they had a "free clothing" room.  What a blessing it is to see someone getting warm coats and things that they need!  I knit and crochet, and my goal this winter and spring is to make up some hats and mittens to give out there next fall.

Way to go pbratt! I am looking to serve the Lord more. You have given me some good ideas. And you have given many people hope. You will never know how much your service has meant to some of those you have served.

 Hello Patrricia.
I believe in this motto too.
I set at the table and worked some days ago.
I knew it was  important. I serve in Bible Correspondence School.
One man came in. He needed a help.
I thought: my serves is important, But hi is my neighbor.
We spoke 3 hour. He was so close  to suicide, And Satan tortured him. God used me as  a Blessing to Someone.
I know this man repented before God some day later in Church.
I know my best serves is Be a Blessing to my neighbor.
So that is my story. Smiley
