No Condemnation in Him

I can't believe it.  In fact I don't even know where to start!  So maybe I won't, because in my indignation I'm not sure what I will say.
Let's suffice it to just say that I need prayer.  As much prayer cover as I can get right now.  And I'm posting it here and not just to my moderator brothers because I'm hoping ALL of you will pray with me.
There is spiritual warfare going on at work.  I will tell you that a supervisor there has taken an immense disliking to me to say the least.  I believe that it started the minute I walked in the door last November.  I have tried to reach out to this woman in friendship many times and in various ways, but she has twisted truth and outright lied about circumstances involving me and my best friend whom is also a co-worker.  Then tonight I was getting ready to lead a community meeting and thought I'd log on to print out one of Pastor Roger's devotions......
Christiansunite.com was BLOCKED!  I couldn't believe my eyes.  I am the only one at my work that goes on here and she knows that I go on here.  This was personal and it was done simply because she could and as an affront to me.
My best friend and myself have called for a meeting with this woman and the director of the Women's Shelter to get some answers.  This meeting is scheduled for Sept 2nd because the director is on vacation this week.
We need all the prayer we can get between now and then.  Courage, wisdom, humbleness.  You name it.  God's hand on the whole situation.
I believe this woman is trying to get me to quit, but I believe in my heart that God brought me there for a reason.  I just need the wherewithal to stick it out and see what he has planned.

I see my "sufficing" got a bit long but I want you to have some idea of what to pray for.  Thank you all so much for this!

In Christ,
Yvette

Amen, sister. My prayers have been with you in this and they will continue. Evil is rearing it's head more and more and in many different ways. As Brother Tom said in another thread on here we must continue to stand up and if we get knocked down we must continue to get back up and stand again against this evil as many times as it takes.

Stay strong, Sister Yvette.

I too will be praying for you Sis. Yvette.  September 2nd is going to be a day that God shows how awesome he is.  That is the day of your meeting and also the day that I go in with my son to talk with the therapist.  You are in my prayer!

Thank you PR.  It really means alot and really more than you know, for me to know that you all are here.
There are many besides my friend and I that can see through this woman and some that can't.  We however seem to be the only ones willing to say something and to try and bring some clarity to some issues.  I am leaning heavily on God and counting on the power of prayer in this.  Everywhere I turn in my Bible the past week, reminds me that God is with me.  Good thing, because I so need His courage, wisdom, discernment and comfort right now.
Thank you for praying and thanks to you and to all of you for being here.

In Christ,
Yvette

I see that sctami has just lent her support and prayers also!  Thank you!  It seems that Sept 2 is going to be a big day.  Let God's glory reign!

Thank you so much Mapleleaf!  It means so much to come here and see good people respond and know that they are praying.
When I worked at Microsoft we weren't allowed to talk about God so that we didn't "offend" anyone because so many there are from other countries.  In fact they made remove my screen saver that said "Jesus Saves" on it.
But now I work for a "Christian" organization!  There has never been a problem before and everyone knew that I went to this website.  But recently my supervisor changed and I am now under this woman who has never been friendly toward me and is in fact "attacking" me from various angles and in various ways.  I know Satan is using her right now, whether she knows it or not, to cause division among the staff.  It is not just me, although right now I seem to be her target.
Thank you so much for your prayers and please keep it up!

Thank you DW.  I really appreciate it.  With the long weekend which I work alone, I won't be seeing or working with this woman until our big meeting on Tues. afternoon.
If you all can remember, lift us up between 3-4pm on Tues. especially.

sctami - what time is your meeting on Tues?

My meeting is at 5:30 on Tuesday.  Please be praying - I'm kinda scared.  I don't know what is waiting for me when I walk into that room.  I can't eat or sleep.  All I can do is pray.  It's one of those things where you know God is listening but you feel you are getting no where.  So please be praying for me Tuesday at 5:30.

Tomorrow is big day for both sctami and myself.  Please give me prayer cover between 3-4pm PST.  I feel at peace in that God has us all in His hands and at peace in my trust in Him.

I knew yours was at 5:30pm EST but I don't know if you're 2 or 3 hours ahead of me?  At any rate I have already been praying for both of us this morning.  I can't wait to see what God will do today.

My computer is on the blink and I don't know how long it will stay up this morning or if I'll be able to get back on tonight, but I'll be anxious to hear how it went!

I've had computer troubles also, so I am just now getting to read this. I'm behind on lots of things. Sisters, both of you are in my prayers. I did know about today because of other threads.

We are children of the KING OF KINGS, and the HOLY SPIRIT OF GOD lives in our hearts. GOD is in us and GOD goes with us every step of the way. HE also loves to hear our prayers. HIS Will be done!

Love In Christ,
Tom

Favorite Bible Quotes 16 - 1 Corinthians 15:12-23 Now if Christ be
preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there
is no resurrection of the dead? 13 But if there be no resurrection of
the dead, then is Christ not risen: 14 And if Christ be not risen,
then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. 15 Yea, and
we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God
that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the
dead rise not. 16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised:
17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your
sins. 18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are
perished. 19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of
all men most miserable. 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and
become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came
death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in
Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every
man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are
Christ's at his coming.

Well the meeting is over and I would've been here sooner to tell about it but my computer crashed again and I only just now got it running again.  I don't know how long it will last and I still may have to take it in on pay day.  If I disappear for a few days then that is why.

Well I'm not entirely pleased with how the meeting went.  We came to a truce, more or less.
The woman was much less than honest.  This was evident by the tick in her cheek when she spoke, not to mention that I already knew what the truth was.
If anything good came out of the meeting it is the knowledge that she knows, that we know that she has lied.  The only one that doesn't know is the director.  She also knows that neither I nor my friend will be bullied so maybe that will be enough for her to back off.  And of course we know that God is always working and who knows what he is doing behind the scenes.  I will just trust Him.  I know that God doesn't like "ugly" and this is HIS ministry and so this woman will only be able to go so far before God stops her or changes her heart or both.
In the mean time I will work on forgiveness, however I'm not going to be a fool.  I will be documenting any suspicious interaction with her, so that if in the future I need to go to HR I will have something substantial for them and not just a "he said, she said" scenerio.
Like I said I am disappointed, but I will continue to do the next right thing and know in my heart that God will honor that and bless it!
I can't thank you enough for your prayers.  It meant a lot to me going in there to know that I had prayer cover.
I do have to say though, that being able to pray about this for a week and largely for my own humbleness and grace, that it was answered!  You know me...hot head, big mouth!  Grin  However I stayed calm and let God direct my words.  My flesh wanted to yell, "You're lying through your teeth!", but I didn't.  (pats self on back).
