Commenting on the event, Clark said: "Every 15 seconds a child dies from malnutrition. With the Good Lord's help, we hope to make a difference. There are no finer children's organizations on earth than those whom we've named for support. We're thankful for a chance to be a small part of the work that they do."
"We're thrilled that Mr. Clark has decided to share the proceeds from his English Channel swim with World Vision. His time, effort and generosity are a wonderful resource," said Ryan Floth, Area Advancement Director for World Vision.
