Now my curiosity is up. I want to know more about his great uncle's service in the Army.
I'd like to know if anything is the truth other than Obama's ultra-left, Anti-Christian, and Anti-American promises. I'd also like to know how a man like this becomes a candidate for the President of the United States. What puzzles me even more is why so many people support him.
I realize that the Democrats are still in their Primary, but why is Obama in this Primary or any other race for office?
I'll just say that I'll pray for our country and whoever is elected to office. I'll also say that I think this is yet another sign of the WRATH to come. We shouldn't be so naive as to think that our country is the only one with BIG PROBLEMS! In reality, our part of the world represents the last to FALL so low. It appears to be nearing the end of an age in more than one way. For non-Christians, let's just call it the annihilation of any decency that's left. For Christians, lets call it the POSSIBLE End Days of this Age of Grace. Regardless, it's a time of growing EVIL!

Obama's communist ties investigated
An investigative journalist and a national defense analyst are accusing Barack Obama of once having ties with members of the Communist Party USA.
Cliff Kincaid, president of America’s Survival, has teamed up with Herbert Romerstein, a former investigator with the U.S. House Committee on Un-American Activities. Both have compiled evidence of Obama's past ties with Communist Party figures.
Kincaid says while a teenager in Hawaii, Obama was mentored by a Communist Party USA member known as Frank Marshall Davis. "[H]e was a Stalinist agent. And this is a fellow who clearly had a major influence over a young Barack Obama," he points out.
Davis most likely filled Obama with anti-American thoughts and ideas, Kincaid contends.
Kincaid says their evidence then documents how Obama went off to college where he became friends with various Marxist professors and attended socialist conferences. After college, Obama returned to Chicago and began his political career. "And lo and behold, he lands right in the middle of another communist network," he continues.
According to Kincaid, this new association involved the former members of the Communist Students for a Democratic Society, and the Weather Underground terrorists Bernadine Dohrn and Bill Ayers.
"[These people] ... launched Barack Obama's political career in their own home," he details. Kincaid hopes the media will ask Obama to explain his past associations with these individuals.

During the Memorial Day speech in New Mexico, Obama suggested his grandfather, the late Stanley Dunham, engaged in combat. But the Democratic senator's autobiography says his grandfather never saw "real combat." Also, Army records apparently contradict Obama's claim his grandfather signed up the day after the Pearl Harbor attack.
What is a liar, but a liar.

The following was sent to me in an email from my mom. Since I've never read any of Obama's books, and probably never will, I can't say that is the true origin of these quotes for a fact ......
However, I wouldn't doubt it for a minute.

Pay strict attention to this quote--From Audacity of Hope:
**"I will stand with the muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."
This guy wants to be our President and control our government. Pay close attention to that comment!! Below are a few lines from Obama's books in his own words:
From Dreams of My Father: "I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites."
From Dreams of My Father : "I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race."
From Dreams of My Father: "There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white."
From Dreams of My Father: ; "It remained necessary to prove
which side you were on , to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names."
From Dreams of My Father: "I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa, that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself, the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela.'

Obama Resigns Church Membership in Chicago
by FOXNews.com

Barack Obama and Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr. are parting ways, as Obama resigns his membership at the Trinity United Church of Christ. (AP Photo)
Barack Obama and his wife Michelle have resigned their membership at the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago, FOX News has confirmed, after controversies stemming from the congregation created a persistent distraction for Obama’s campaign.
The criticism started with the sermons of his former pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright Jr., but Obama’s pastor problems were compounded this week by the Rev. Michael Pfleger, whose videotaped guest sermon at the church Sunday showed him taunting Hillary Clinton and saying she felt she was “entitled” to the presidency because she’s white.
Obama said he was deeply disappointed by the remarks and Pfleger apologized, but Clinton’s campaign still demanded Obama specifically reject the latest remarks.
By resigning his membership, Obama is taking the most definitive stand to date against the church.
He already has roundly condemned Wright.
Videos of Wright’s sermons, in which he claimed the U.S. government created HIV to exterminate black people and said “God damn America,” threatened to derail Obama’s campaign when they first surfaced in March.

Brothers and Sisters,
This is RADICAL RACISM to the point of lunacy and insanity. I'll just say that it's very sad to know that many people still harbor RACIAL HATE. They are bringing attention to their OWN HATE - not the hate of OTHERS AGAINST THEM.
The HATE they are keeping alive is their OWN!
This would be beneath the dignity of a President, and a person harboring this kind of HATE would NOT be suited for any kind of public office. More than anything else, it appears that Obama wants revenge against his imagined enemies - the white people of his own country. It is his own actions and history that plays the RACE CARD - NOT OTHERS!
IF SOMEONE NEEDS A SHRINK - IT WOULD BE OBAMA!

Support for Obama, Anti-US Feeling Alive and Well in Europe
Patrick Goodenough
International Editor
(CNSNews.com) - If citizens of five leading European countries were electing the next U.S. president, Democratic Sen. Barack Obama would be a shoo-in, according to a new poll that also reveals strong views on America's global role.
In a survey of some 6,200 people in Britain, France, Germany, Italy and Russia, the senator from Illinois received 52 percent of the vote to just 15 percent for Republican Sen. John McCain. Sen. Hillary Clinton was not listed as an option in the YouGov poll, conducted for the London Daily Telegraph 's Internet site.
The biggest gap between the two presumptive candidates was in Germany, where Obama scored 67 percent support to McCain's six percent. In Russia, the gap was the smallest, with Obama leading by a 31-24 margin.
Respondents in the other three countries also favored Obama by large margins -- Italy (70-15), France (65-8) and Britain (49-14).
To a separate question, respondents said Obama was better equipped than McCain "to lead the world economy out of its current difficulties" in all the surveyed countries except Russia, where McCain was favored by a 36-28 point margin.
The survey also found that more people in four of the five countries viewed the United States as "a force for evil" in today's world than "a force for good."
Only in Italy did more respondents (49-27 percent) consider the U.S. a force for good rather than evil. Of those in the other four countries, Russians were the most anti-American, with 56 percent calling the U.S. a force for evil and only 16 percent a force for good. Germans had the next most negative view (39-25 percent) of America's global role.
The Telegraph said the Iraq war was probably "the single most important factor" in the growing hostility towards America during the Bush presidency, and noted that McCain strongly supported the war while Obama opposed it.
The strong anti-American sentiment found in Germany was also evident in another recent poll, conducted by the University of Maryland's program on international policy attitudes (PIPA) for the BBC World Service early this year. Among seven European countries participating in that poll, Germany had by far the most negative views of U.S. influence (72 percent).
Nevertheless, reports from Germany show a level of enthusiasm for Obama perhaps unmatched elsewhere in Europe. Speculation is rife this week that the Democrat -- who is often compared in Germany to John F. Kennedy -- may visit Berlin over the summer.
"The 'new Kennedy' wants to visit Berlin," the Stern newsweekly reported, while Der Spiegel quoted Karsten Voigt, the German government's coordinator for trans-Atlantic relations, as declaring that "Germany is Obamaland."
"If a U.S. presidential hopeful visits Berlin, holding a speech at the Brandenburg Gate and going afterward to the Kennedy Museum, it provides powerful images for the American electorate," Voight told Tagesspiegel, a daily newspaper.
President Kennedy famously visited Berlin in 1963, delivering a speech in support of West Germany shortly after the erection of the Berlin Wall.
If the Democratic Party finds in the European poll cause to celebrate as its bruising nomination battle comes to an end, a reminder from four years ago may provide reason for caution.
In a PIPA poll conducted two months before the 2004 presidential election, respondents in those same five European countries favored Democratic candidate Sen. John Kerry over Bush by large margins: Germany (Kerry by 74-10), France (64-5), Italy (58-14), Britain (47-16) and Russia (20-10).
Bush beat Kerry by more than two percent of the popular vote and by 35 Electoral College votes.

WOW! - I'm sure that we would have a major interest in making sure that Europe gets what it wants. BUT, let's not forget a very important group that we want to make sure and please -
INTERNATIONAL TERRORISTS!

Actually with all the illegals here, and not just from Mexico, I'm sure Europe WILL get what it wants.
And with all the terrorists in their little hidden cells around the U.S., they will get what they want also. There is no way to make sure that you're a U.S. citizen when you vote any more. Is there? I don't think so. They can't even keep track of who votes now! Look at all the re-counts over the past year! Good Grief. Evil and dishonest people always figure out a way to cheat the system.
As we keep saying around here; What will be, will be. God has a divine plan. We don't have to understand it, we just have to believe it.

Obama's brilliant career as Defender of Israel lasts about one day
He backs away from his undivided Jerusalem comment. "Obama clarifies united J'lem comment," by Hillary Leila Krieger for the Jerusalem Post, June 6 (thanks to Infidels Are Cool):
Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama did not rule out Palestinian sovereignty over parts of Jerusalem when he called for Israel's capital to remain "undivided," his campaign told The Jerusalem Post Thursday.
"Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel, and it must remain undivided," Obama declared Wednesday, to rousing applause from the 7,000-plus attendees at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee policy conference.
But a campaign adviser clarified Thursday that Obama believes "Jerusalem is a final status issue, which means it has to be negotiated between the two parties" as part of "an agreement that they both can live with."
"Two principles should apply to any outcome," which the adviser gave as: "Jerusalem remains Israel's capital and it's not going to be divided by barbed wire and checkpoints as it was in 1948-1967."
He refused, however, to rule out other configurations, such as the city also serving as the capital of a Palestinian state or Palestinian sovereignty over Arab neighborhoods.
"Beyond those principles, all other aspects are for the two parties to agree at final status negotiations," the Obama adviser said.
Many on the right of the political spectrum among America's Jews welcomed Obama's remarks at AIPAC, but the clarification of his position left several cold.
"The Orthodox Union is extremely disappointed in this revision of Senator Obama's important statement about Jerusalem," said Nathan Diament, director of public policy for the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations. He had sent out a release Wednesday applauding Obama's Jerusalem remarks in front of AIPAC.
"In the current context, everyone understands that saying 'Jerusalem... must remain undivided' means that the holy city must remain unified under Israeli rule, as it has been since 1967," Diament explained.
"If Senator Obama intended his remarks at AIPAC to be understood in this way, he said nothing that would reasonably lead to such a different interpretation."
Morton Klein, president of the Zionist Organization of America and another Jewish activist who had originally lauded Obama's statement, now called the candidate's words "troubling."
"It means he used the term inappropriately, possibly to mislead strong supporters of Israel that he supports something he doesn't really believe," Klein charged....
Yeah ... united Jerusalem under a PA government is what he wants.

Here's a News Flash for the world from the Holy Bile:
Jerusalem belongs to GOD. It really doesn't mater what the world wants or is willing to do regarding Jerusalem and Israel. JESUS CHRIST will take what is rightfully HIS after HIS SECOND COMING, and no combination of armies will be able to stop HIM.
CHRIST WILL RULE OVER THE EARTH FROM THE THRONE OF DAVID IN JERUSALEM!
I hope that everyone believes this because IT IS going to happen at GOD'S Appointed Time.
However, it's quite obvious that many people in the world don't believe this. I really find it sad that much of the world doesn't believe the things of GOD at all. I've thought about WHY many times, but it really doesn't make much sense. The only thing that makes any sense to me is the problems it would cause for them in recognizing an absolute RULER, MASTER, AND CREATOR OF THE UNIVERSE! They don't want anyone to be in control over them or telling them what to do. Could this be a big part of the problem?
There is a long and ugly road ahead for EVIL, and the road dead-ends in a horrible place. All of the inhabitants rejected GOD, disobeyed HIM, and even mocked HIM. As for Christians, our hopes and Promises are an exact opposite!
Love In Christ,
Tom

Is Obama's candidacy
even constitutional?
Secrecy over birth certificate, demand
for 'natural-born' citizenship cited
Bloggers are raising questions about Illinois Sen. Barack Obama's qualifications to be U.S. president, because of the secrecy over his birth certificate and the requirement presidents be "natural-born" U.S. citizens.
Jim Geraghty, reporting on the Campaign Spot, cited the "unlikely" but still circulating rumor that Obama was born not within the United States, but elsewhere, possibly Kenya.
Geraghty defined the concerns most clearly, stating: "If Obama were born outside the United States, one could argue that he would not meet the legal definition of natural-born citizen … because U.S. law at the time of his birth required his natural-born parent (his mother) to have resided in the United States for '10 years, at least [f]ive of which had to be after the age of 16.'"
He then points out Ann Dunham, Obama's mother, was 18 when Obama was born "so she wouldn't have met the requirement of five years after the age of 16."
Geraghty continues: " (Interestingly, apparently there isn't much paperwork on Obama's parents' marriage. 'Obama: From Promise to Power,' page. 27: 'Obama later confessed that he never searched for the government documents on the marriage, although Madelyn (Obama's maternal grandmother) insisted they were legally married.' Also note that Obama's father apparently was not legally divorced from his first wife back in Kenya at the time, a point of contention that ultimately led to their separation.)"
The reports released to date show Obama was born in Honolulu to Barack Hussein Obama Sr., of Nyangoma-Kogelo, Kenya, and Ann Dunham, of Wichita, Kan.
According to FindLaw.com, which is cited by Geraghty, the requirements that were in force from Dec. 24, 1952 to Nov. 13, 1986, encompassing the time of Obama's birth, state, "If only one parent was a U.S. citizen at the time of your birth, that parent must have resided in the United States for at least 10 years, at least five of which had to be after the age of 16."
Obama's father, a student sent to the United States from Africa, lived several places in the United States while attending class. He then returned to his homeland. Obama's mother later married another man and moved to Indonesia.
Geraghty said the Obama campaign could "debunk" the rumors about his birth simply by releasing a copy of his birth certificate, but the campaign has so far chosen not to do that.
"The campaign cited the birth certificate in their 'Fact Check' on William Ayers, so presumably, someone in the campaign has access to it," he said.
Hawaii doesn't make public information from birth certificates.
"If the concern of the Obama campaign is that the certificate includes his Social Security number or some other data that could be useful to identity thieves, that information could easily be blocked out and the rest released. (Although I wonder if identity thieves would find Obama a tougher than usual target, since using the name on purchases would almost inevitably bring closer scrutiny.)," Geraghty said.
The Obama campaign repeatedly has declined to respond to WND requests for comment, instead replying with solicitations for campaign donations.
The presumptive Republican nominee for president, Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., already has gone through the same type of challenge, and the U.S. Senate responded with a resolution in April declaring him to be a "'natural born Citizen' under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States."
That article declares that "no person except a natural born citizen … shall be eligible to the Office of president."
McCain was challenged because he was born to two U.S. citizens in the Panama Canal Zone.
According to a report from Michael Dobbs on The Fact Checker, the McCain campaign consulted two leading jurists, Theodore Olsen and Laurence Tribe, and they agreed.
"They argue that McCain is a natural born citizen because the United States exercised sovereignty over the Panama Canal at the time of his birth on August 29, 1936, he was born on a U.S. military base, and both of his parents were U.S. citizens," the report said.
Others say the issue isn't quite that simple, and the matter could be resolved fully only by a constitutional amendment or a U.S. Supreme Court ruling.
