Rizpah
2Sa 21:8 But the king took the two sons of Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, whom she bare unto Saul, Armoni and Mephibosheth; and the five sons of Michal the daughter of Saul, whom she brought up for Adriel the son of Barzillai the Meholathite: 2Sa 21:9 And he delivered them into the hands of the Gibeonites, and they hanged them in the hill before the LORD: and they fell all seven together, and were put to death in the days of harvest, in the first days, in the beginning of barley harvest. 2Sa 21:10 And Rizpah the daughter of Aiah took sackcloth, and spread it for her upon the rock, from the beginning of harvest until water dropped upon them out of heaven, and suffered neither the birds of the air to rest on them by day, nor the beasts of the field by night. 2Sa 21:11 And it was told David what Rizpah the daughter of Aiah, the concubine of Saul, had done.
Well aren't you "Johnny on the Spot" this morning!

11. What king of Israel consulted the god Baalzebub after falling off his palace balcony? (2 Kings, Daniel, Jeremiah) Ahaziah: 2Kings 1:2 And Ahaziah fell down through a lattice in his upper chamber that was in Samaria, and was sick: and he sent messengers, and said unto them, Go, inquire of Baal-zebub the god of Ekron whether I shall recover of this disease. Couldn't let Pastor Roger beat me again

12. What king had the prophet Uriah murdered for opposing him? (2 Kings, Daniel, Jeremiah) Jehoiakim Jer 26:20 And there was also a man that prophesied in the name of the LORD, Urijah the son of Shemaiah of Kirjathjearim, who prophesied against this city and against this land according to all the words of Jeremiah: Jer 26:21 And when Jehoiakim the king, with all his mighty men, and all the princes, heard his words, the king sought to put him to death: but when Urijah heard it, he was afraid, and fled, and went into Egypt; Jer 26:22 And Jehoiakim the king sent men into Egypt, namely, Elnathan the son of Achbor, and certain men with him into Egypt. Jer 26:23 And they fetched forth Urijah out of Egypt, and brought him unto Jehoiakim the king; who slew him with the sword, and cast his dead body into the graves of the common people.

One year most of the Seattle area was out of power on Thanksgiving day! It was many, many years ago but no one has forgotten it and we stiil hold our breath each Thanksgiving!

It was a squirrel that was trying to get warm on the top of a pole transformer. He shorted out between a wire that was feeding the 2,700 volts to the transformer and the top of the transformer. He went about 15 foot further into the air and then landed about 20 foot from the pole and right under my bedroom window.
