Who built ancient Babylon? (easy one)
(Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus)
Since that's such an easy one here's one to go with it....
Who rebuilt Babylon on a grand scale?
(2Kings, 1 Chronicles, Daniel)
Seeing as how I hijacked your thread for a little fun I'll get it back on topic.
"Who built ancient Babylon?"
Babylon was originally known as Babel and was built by Nimrod.
Gen 10:8 And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
Gen 10:9 He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.
Gen 10:10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
"Who rebuilt Babylon on a grand scale?"
Although there are other Kings of Babylon mentioned prior to Nebuchadnezzar, it was Nebuchadnezzar that built Babylon back up to it's power.
Dan 4:28 All this came upon the king Nebuchadnezzar.
Dan 4:29 At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon.
Dan 4:30 The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?

Yes, it has been a great weekend. It's been a bit slow for me but I got busy finishing up some long awaiting projects and spent some extra time with the family.

Very cool.
I took some women to church this morning in the mission van and then treated them to burgers and fries! Didn't start my shift until 2pm today and it has be so busy that it just flew by! That's good news because I'm moving on Wednesday morning and I'm that much closer to having my privacy back! Whoo Hoo! And too, my little guy can start coming over again. That's been the hardest part about staying here at the mission; not being able to have him with me. I have to go to my daughter's house to spend the night, which is fine, but it's just not the same as having him all to myself! When we're by ourselves we can do sneaky stuff that "mom" doesn't have to know about. Like eating popcorn and peanut M&M's in grammy's bed while watching movies really late at night!
Good night PR (and the rest of yous)

Just a few more days to go. I'm sure that you must be biting at the bit.
You have a goodnight also.

Hello GrammyLuv,
I understand completely, and I'm happy for you. There is something about having some privacy that gets addicting. The older you get, the harder it is to do without. NO - I'm not making a joke about you getting old.
Just please be careful and not overdo things like lifting something too heavy, etc.
Love In Christ,
Tom

Before post the new Triva question, just wanted to announce that I am officially moved into my own place! Whoohoo! I am all unpacked, and have it decorated with all my pictures, wall quilts, etc., and I bought some new house plants to give it that homey feel. Today is my first day back at work, but I sure would've enjoyed one more day of just resting and enjoying it! Ah well. I will have a short work-week since I had yesterday off, so that'll be nice.
Summer has finally hit Seattle too! It's high 80's maybe even 90 out there today! About time...
Stay tuned for the Triva Question!

When Jesus was brought before the Council, how many false witnesses were brought in to accuse him?
(Matthew, Mark, Acts)
there was two:
(Mat 26:59 KJVR) Now the chief priests, and elders, and all the council, sought false witness against Jesus, to put him to death;
(Mat 26:60 KJVR) But found none: yea, though many false witnesses came, yet found they none
. At the last came two false witnesses,
The 1st witness is mentioned as "This fellow" and the 2nd witness was a "High Priest" who by his requiring Jesus to answer him, gave the High Priest cause to make this statment:
(Mat 26:65 KJVR) Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy.
