I'll answer the first one then let others answer the next two
Godly men.
(Act 8:2 KJV) And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him.

Today my friends, you get 3 for the price of 1 !
But I'm going to give you the books that the answer is in...
Who buried Stephen? (Acts)
Who buried Abraham? (Genesis)
Who buried Isaac? (Genesis)
There is a prize with this one! I'm going to warn you what it is though, because it may be the deciding factor of if you really want to try!
The prize is that you get to see a picture of me! Sometimes I think it is fun to see what the person you talk to each week, looks like. So if you're curious.....stay tuned!
Hi Folks! We are still waiting on the second two answers to this 3 parter. No rush though. I basically just wanted everyone to know that after tomorrow I will be on vacation. I will be back next Monday evening.
And just where am I going you ask?....Camping! One of my most favorite things in the world! Yippee!

I'll answer the next 2 questions:
Who buried Abraham?: Isaac & Ishmael--
(Gen 25:8 KJVR) Then Abraham gave up the ghost, and died in a good old age, an old man, and full of years; and was gathered to his people.
(Gen 25:9 KJVR) And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the cave of Machpelah, in the field of Ephron the son of Zohar the Hittite, which is before Mamre;
Who buried Isaac?: Esau & Jacob--
(Gen 35:29 KJVR) And Isaac gave up the ghost, and died, and was gathered unto his people, being old and full of days: and his sons Esau and Jacob buried him.
May the Lord be with you and keep you safe during your travels on your vacation.
Enjoy your camping vacation.

Hello everyone, Sorry I have not been around, we had very very strong winds due to tornado's that were here on Sunday and we lost power. We just got it back last night so I will try and be here more often.

I'm glad to hear that you are doing alright now. There has been a lot of really bad weather recently for many people.

Thanks Dave!
Well this is my first night back from vacation. My grandson and I had a wonderful time out in the woods with other various and sundry relatives! Of course when I get out there, most times I've got to be dragged back, kicking and screaming, to the city...
Just a note...I probably won't be on here much for the next 2 weeks, maybe less. After tonight I won't work another evening until Friday and then I will be moving a week from Wed. and I took some days off to do that.
However.....for tonight.....a picture of me....as promised!
This is the most recent one I have, taken last summer. (That's my little grandson's hand on my shouder!)

Great picture!
I'm glad to hear you had a good time camping. I haven't been on a real camping trip since I was eighteen. Just me, my horse, dog and the stars. I didn't even have a tent back then. I've been on one of those "camping trips" where you stay in an old log cabin a number of times since then but it just isn't the same.

I love my tent! It's just a small dome but it's room enough for me and my grandson (or just me on occasion) and I can put it up myself. Miss Independence here. I have graduated to a blow up mattress and camp stove though. Gone are the days of sleeping on the ground and cooking over/in a fire. I allow myself a few creature comforts these days but not much!!

Hello GrammyLuv,
I'm happy to hear that you had such a good time camping. You probably needed that break before taking on the moving. It's been a long time since I did any moving, AND I DIDN'T LIKE IT. I would rather be attacked by aliens than move.

Hello GrammyLuv,
Thanks for the photo.
I too am glad that you and your grandson enjoyed the camping trip. As for moving I will pray for you, the last time I and my family moved was in '82; and I surely would not want to move again., unless it was directed by our Lord and Saviour.

Just 5 more night here at the mission! I'm moving Wednesday! And I can't wait. It will be a very smooth move though. All of my stuff is in storage right next door to my new place and I will have about 4 guys from one of our men's missions moving it for me. All I have to do is unpack. Since I had quite a bit of warning when I packed up in the first place I was able to take my time and label everything! I've moved many, many, many times but this will be the easiest!
Okay....everyone ready for a triva question??

Who built ancient Babylon? (easy one)
(Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus)
Since that's such an easy one here's one to go with it....
Who rebuilt Babylon on a grand scale?
(2Kings, 1 Chronicles, Daniel)
