I would say David because he quotes him from Psalm 8
Hebrews 2:6  But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him?
  Love in Christ, Eva
Oops.  This is a tricky one.  Compare Psalm 95:7-11 with Hebrews 3:7-11 for the answer.       After you all get this one I'll give an easier one.  After all it IS Saturday!

							I don't understand question
To whom does the writer of Hebrews attribute Psalm 95? The same question can be worded "Who is the one that wrote the entire Bible?

Read Ps 95:7-11, then read Heb 3:7-11.  Do you see a simularity?  Now in the passage of Heb who does the writer say it is that said it?

Mordecai.. Esther 8: 2 And the king took off his ring, which he had taken from Haman, and gave it unto Mordecai. And Esther set Mordecai over the house of Haman.
Esther 9: 3 And all the rulers of the provinces, and the lieutenants, and the deputies, and officers of the king, helped the Jews; because the fear of Mordecai fell upon them.
4 For Mordecai was great in the king's house, and his fame went out throughout all the provinces: for this man Mordecai waxed greater and greater.

The man is correct but he specific verse that mentions Ahasuerus would be in 10:3

Zophar the Naamathite  said in the following statement about The Wicked & the Hypocrites: Chapter 20 is Zophar speaking... Job 20: 1Then answered Zophar the Naamathite, and said,
2 Therefore do my thoughts cause me to answer, and for this I make haste.
3 I have heard the check of my reproach, and the spirit of my understanding causeth me to answer.
4 Knowest thou not this of old, since man was placed upon earth,
5 That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?
Job 20: 16 He shall suck the poison of asps: the viper's tongue shall slay him. Zophar said this, Not Job... Jobs speaking in the 19th chapter & the 21st chapter

You are correct in that the answer is: the wicked and your verses are right.  As to who said it, I was referring to the Book of Job the same as I might say: According to Genesis, or According to Ruth or Matthew, or 1 Corinthians, etc... Thank  you for your answer Littleboy.
