My take on this subject, as a "pre-trib", is this:
The Christians that are alive now will not be here.
I think the antichrist will be someone the least suspected, because how else will he get the world to trust him. The world at this time will not have the Holy Spirit here for counsel.
I don't think his true identity will be known until mid-trib when his true colors will show.
I think the whole "head wound" ordeal will happen between the rapture and mid-trib, probably closer to mid-trib. This is when he will become "god-like" and will set himself up to be worshiped.
The rest is as they "history" or will be!
Of course there is more. This is just my little "nutshell" as it were.
