My Harp in heaven is exquisite because,
whether sharp or flat its music is love.
It never misses a note nor plays out of tune,
and whenever I play it the angels come soon.
From high pitched glory to low base cord,
the angels all come looking down and forward.
For never can they play a tune so sweet,
that comes from the heart of one saved from defeat.
The music flows in rhythmic beauty unheard,
as the angels continue to gather by herd.
The sound of my harp that through Jesus is made clear,
tingles and blesses all who hear.
The melody is glorious, the victory expressed in song,
this is where the music, my harp, and I belong.
Legions of angels rise to clap,
when the last note is played and I wake from my nap.
