I was upset one night because I felt like I could not do anything for God. I really wanted to bring someone to Jesus for them to get salvation. He has answered and given me someone I can talk to.  Here is the conversation between us, it starts at the bottom:

From: David_James
To: anna
Subject: RE: Hi

Because of man's sins, there was a gap between man and God. However, God sent Jesus to fill in that gap. Now through Jesus, we can talk to God freely.

What do you mean?

You can pray to both. When praying to God, pray in Jesus name because it is Jesus who speaks on our behalf.
Also remember that it is God's will that will be done.

So do we pray through Jesus? Someone told me that they pray to jesus because they feel they can talk to him becuase they know what he was like, we hae no idea about god.

But I feel that I know God better...

Yes and I will agree that it is confusing.

There is God the farther, God the son and God the Holy Spirit.

When I said that prayer you sent, it made me cry. You have made me really realise how much god does for us. So when they say jesus is gods son they mean god?

--- Original message ---
From: David_James
Subject: RE: Hi

He already has accepted you. He made you and loves you very much. How much? That he sent Jesus, who is God in flesh, to die for your sins.

This is the gift of salvation. Those who accept Jesus and confess their sins will be saved and go to heaven when they die.

Thanks, no I am not catholic I am getting confirmed becuase I want to be closer to god, I want to know him. I want him to know me. What do you mean to get saved?

I will pray this prayer.

I want my sins to be forgiven and for god acspet me but I dont know how, what do I do?

They are the same. I am not good at answering but can give you some links.

Read it all because people have different opinions but Jesus is God.

You can pray to both.

You sound catholic. You can get confirmed but it won't save you.

To get saved: pray this prayer with your heart. "Lord Jesus, I confess I am a sinner. I believe you died on the cross for my sins and that you rose 3 days later. I accept you as my savior and ask you into my heart. Amen."
If you pray that, you will have salvation.

One last thing: http://forums.christiansunite.com/index.php?topic=19423.0 I almost fell into this faith but turned away quickly. I don't want you to either.

God bless and be in peace

If there is more, I will update.

I am so happy and thankful that I could do this for him.

Here is more. Remember start at bottom.

From: David_James
Subject: RE: Hi

Because you accepted Jesus as your savior when you prayed that prayer. He has washed away your sins and made you whole. He took the punishment for you.
Also don't worry if you sin again because everyone does, he will forgive you if you ask.

The Holy Bible is God's words. When I read it, I read what he says. When I go to answer a question, he puts the words into my heart.

I won't lie and will be honest, I am not a Bible warrior and still get things wrong. I help where I can.
