'American Bible Society Presents' to Air on the NRB Network-Award-winning TV program will reach 16 million more viewers worldwide

NEW YORK, (christiansunite.com) -- The American Bible Society, founded in 1816, is joining with the NRB (National Religious Broadcasters) Network to broadcast the award-winning television program American Bible Society Presents. Every Tuesday at 7 p.m. EDT, American Bible Society Presents will air on the NRB Network on
DIRECTV's Channel 378, as part of the network's Basic Family package.
American Bible Society Presents is a half-hour TV news magazine program highlighting the enlightening and transforming power of God's word at work. The Rev. Dr. Paul Irwin, American Bible Society's president and chief executive officer, profiles individuals whose lives have been changed by the Bible, as well as organizations that apply its message to help others. These stories of faith and fellowship demonstrate how God's Word empowers ordinary people to make an extraordinary difference in the lives of others.
The partnership with NRB Network will enable American Bible Society Presents, which already broadcasts on more than 350 stations nationwide; to extend its reach to the additional 16 million households affiliated with the satellite network.
