I personally liked this one, by Will Smith in MIB...
"You don't start none, there won't be none!"

I have a lot of favorite movie lines, but my all-time favorites come from the 1987 movie
Spaceballs
. While the movie is a bit crude in spots and the language isn't great, there are a ton of funny quotes from that film, including:
"I'm a Mawg. Half man, half dog. I'm my own best friend!"
"May da Schwartz be with you!"
"What's the matter, Colonel Sandurz? Chicken?"
"I am your father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate!"

Mattie Ross : You are too old and fat to be jumping fences.
Rooster Cogburn : Well, come see a fat old man some time!
