This is a post to ask Whitehorse if she ever found a New Martial Art. And to ask any of the new guys if they are into the Fighting arts/sports. But mainly to ask Whitehorse if she ever found a New Martial Art. Grin

Oklahoma Howdy to Tibby,

Grin  I'm really kind of disappointed. I know a Shetland pony who is developing a complex about being picked on all the time, and I thought this might be the answer.   Grin

Oklahoma Howdy to Tibby,

Grin   Grin  I couldn't help myself and had to do it.

This reminds me of the old General watching an approaching cavalry charge. He yelled, "Shoot low boys, they're riding Shetlands."   Grin

I had to do that too.   Grin

I'm not sure is I meant to say "What is it now?" or "Is that a no?" but I think I just typed them both Grin

Back to the question at hand, did you ever pick a new Martial Art?

Why is it that since I started retaking classes, I'm hungry constantly. I wake up with hunger pangs, which is new for me.

And, is it normal to have chest pains for three days after class? I also get them when I climb. Last climb, same thing. Chest pains for three days.  Undecided

Oklahoma Howdy to Whitehorse,

No, that is not normal. You really need to see your doctor the next time that starts and at least let him listen to your heart and maybe give you an EKG. It might not be anything more than a rib or sternum muscle, ligament, or tendon that has been pulled or irritated, but you can't take any chances with something like that. I guess it could also be something lung related, especially if you also have difficulty or pain in breathing at the same time you have the chest pains.

Please, go to the doctor. It might not be a bad idea to go now, before your next chest pains. It could be other things also. My wife was put in the coronary care unit about 2 years ago with severe chest pains. It turned out she had nothing wrong with her heart. She had an esophageal hernia. She had the pain for quite some time on and off but never told me about it. We were lucky that medication took care of the problem.

Love In Christ,
Tom

I agree with BEP!

The worst that will happen is that it will put your mind at ease! And ours....  Smiley
