Ive seen alot of answers to prayer in the last 6 months, more than the last 6 years maybe.
Ive found that it is good to ask many to pray for your concerns, it seems to bring bigger ships to unload.
I think of the early church that prayed for peter I think it was who was in jail , and an earthquake opened up the jail etc.

Recently my mother was in a car accident, she was crushed from behind by a truck, the police said she was fortunate to be alive, she was hurt , but lived. Praise God , it sure seems to have helped her in spiritual ways, and she got a large settlement as well, she was broke, now she is not. Please pray for Her too! I really dont know state before the Lord if she is saved or not.But I think she will come around.

My Job situation is better than Ive seen for a long time, but prayer was needed to keep it as some workers tried to get rid of me, now they are looking for work else were, prayer really changes things. Gives me patients too.

I like the instant answers to prayer the most, and why not?

Heres one that really sticks out in my mind right now.

About 10 yrs ago I was driving to a hockey game, travelling about 50 miles phr,  I noticed up ahead that a car was in the ditch and cars were stopped  on the road.
So I put on the brakes and sure enough my car seemed to speed up, I was sliding on ice, the car started sliding sideways, and I knew for sure that was going to hit those stopped cars on the road, I was traveling sideways totally out of control,Ive many times been in skids, but this time there was nothing I could do.  So I simply asked the Lord to please help me. And the car turned straight and slowed down , like nothing was wrong, I dont think that anyone else noticed but the guys at the rink though maybe I was drinking or something. That was so awesome, He really is at Hand.

Father,
In Jesus Name I pray for this woman, that she would be saved and come to a knowledge of the truth. God you are truly good and hear us when we pray. May her whole household be saved!
Amen!

Prayer is re-assuring yourself. Nothing more, if it works for you , great, perhaps realise what it really is though - self gratificational.

Good news about your good comings with your mother and such.

Ah, Judas,
Sewer of discontent.  It won’t work, here; though misery loves company, at this site I fear you will fail to find the company you seek.  (Misery, that is.)  Our smiling hearts, our love and our prayers are with you, however.  Hang around - keep reading, keep commenting.  We certainly welcome you.  I will caution you, though, that what we have is contagious.

Ha! Ha! - good one.
Sewer - spelling is the same for two meanings
1. a conduit for waste
2. one who sews.

Of COURSE I meant no. 2.  (Didn't I?Huh)  Grin

Hm.  Judas sounds as if he were appropriately named.   Lips Sealed
