H.R. 1058: HOPE Plus Scholarship Act of 2007—Allows the Hope Scholarship to be Used for Home School Expenses

Background:
To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow the Hope Scholarship to be used for elementary and secondary expenses. The amendment would define “qualified tuition and related expenses” to include “qualified elementary and secondary education expenses” and the term “school” would also include “home school” in its definition.
