My brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Eph. 6:10

My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. II Cor. 12:9, 10

I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only. Psa. 71:16

The gospel of Christ ... is the power of God unto salvation. Rom. 1:16

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Phil. 4:13

I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily. Col. 1:29

We have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. II Cor. 4:7

The joy of the LORD is your strength. Neh. 8:10

Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness. Col. 1:11

Jesus Christ our Lord. I Cor. 1:9

Jesus: for he shall save his people from their sins. Matt. 1:21

He humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. Phil. 2:8-10

Messias ... which is called Christ. John 4:25

The LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives. Isa. 61:1

The last Adam was made a quickening spirit. The second man is the Lord from heaven. I Cor. 15:45, 47

My Lord and my God. John 20:28

Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Master have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet. For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. John 13:13-15

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. John 14:27

The world passeth away, and the lust thereof. I John 2:17

Surely every man walketh in a vain shew: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heapeth up riches, and knoweth not who shall gather them. Psa. 39:6

What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? for the end of those things is death. Rom. 6:21

Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: but one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her. Luke 10:41, 42

I would have you without carefulness. I Cor. 7:32

These things I have spoken unto you that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer: I have overcome the world. John 16:33

The Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. II Thess. 3:16

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee: the LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: the LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace. Num. 6:24-26

What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God? I Cor. 6:19

It is God which worketh in you. Phil. 2:13

We know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. Rom. 8:26, 27

Keep my tongue, Lord, bridled well,
Words of truth, oh, may I tell;
Take my heart, its wellspring deep,
Cleanse and purify and keep.

Thou shalt put the two stones upon the shoulders of the ephod for stones of memorial unto the children of Israel: and Aaron shall hear their names before the Lord. Exo. 28:12

Jesus ... because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him -- seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. Heb. 7:24, 25

Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory. Jude 24

Seeing ... that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. For we have not a high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace. Heb. 4:14-16

The beloved of the Lord, shall dwell in safety by him: and the LORD shall cover him all the day long, and he shall dwell between his shoulders. Deut. 33:12

Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known. Psa. 77:19

We know that all things work together for good to them that love God. Rom. 8:28

Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Matt. 10:29, 30

Grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Eph. 4:30

The love of the Spirit. Rom. 15:30

The Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost. John 14:26

In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bare them, and carried them all the days of old. But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, and he fought against them. Isa. 63:9, 10

Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit. I John 4:13

After that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession. Eph. 1:13, 14

This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the spirit, and the spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Gal. 5:16, 17

The Spirit helpeth our infirmities. Rom. 8:26

I will go and return to my place, till they acknowledge their offence, and seek my face. Hos. 5:15

Your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you. Isa. 59:2

My beloved had withdrawn himself, and was gone: ... I sought him, but I could not find him; I called him, but he gave me no answer. Song 5:6

I hid me, and was wroth, and he went on frowardly in the way of his heart. I have seen his ways, and will heal him. Isa. 57:17, 18

Hast thou not procured this unto thyself, in that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, when he led thee by the way? Jer. 2:17

He arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. Luke 15:20

I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away. Hos. 14:4

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9

How great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee! Psa. 31:19

Since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. Isa. 64:4

Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit. I Cor. 2:9, 10

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore. Psa. 16:11

How excellent is thy loving kindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures. For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light. Psa. 36:7-9

Godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. I Tim. 4:8

The Son of God, ... hath his eyes like unto a flame of tire. Rev. 2:18

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. Jer. 17:9, 10

Thou hast set our iniquities before thee, our secret sins in the light of thy countenance. Psa. 90:8

The Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter went out, and wept bitterly. Luke 22:61, 62

Jesus did not commit himself unto them, because he knew all men, and needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man. John 2:24, 25

He knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. Psa. 103:14

A bruised reed shall he not break, and the smoking flax shall he not quench. Isa. 42:3

The Lord knoweth them that are his. II Tim. 2:19

I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. John 10:14, 27, 28

Our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep. Heb. 13:20

The chief Shepherd. I Pet. 5:4

I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. John 10:14, 27, 28

The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. Psa. 23:1-3

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. Isa. 53:6

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. John 10:11

I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick. Ezek. 34:16

Ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls. I Pet. 2:25

The city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it: for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof. Rev. 21:23

I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me. And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. Acts 26:13, 15

Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart, and was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. Matt. 17:1, 2

The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee: but the LORD shall be unto thee an everlasting light, and thy God thy glory. Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself. for the LORD shall be thine everlasting light, and the days of thy mourning shall be ended. Isa. 60:19, 20

The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. Nah. 1:7

Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. Jer. 33:11

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psa. 46:1

I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Psa. 91:2

Who is like unto thee, O people saved by the LORD, the shield of thy help, and who is the sword of thy excellency! Deut. 33:29

As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. For who is God, save the LORD? and who is a rock, save our God? II Sam. 22:31, 32

If any man love God, the same is known of him. I Cor. 8:3

The foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. II Tim. 2:19

I would have you without carefulness. I Cor. 7:32

He careth for you. I Pet. 5:7

The eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. II Chron. 16:9

O taste and see that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in him. The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. Psa. 34:8, 10

Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? Matt. 6:25, 26

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6, 7
