The only wise God our Saviour. Jude 25

Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. I Cor. 1:30

Canst thou by searching find out God? canst thou find out the Almighty unto perfection? It is as high as heaven; what canst thou do? deeper than hell; what canst thou know? Job 11:7, 8

We speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory. I Cor. 2:7

The mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ: to the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known, by the church, the manifold wisdom of God. Eph 3:9, 10

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shalt be given him. James 1:5

The wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be in-treated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. James 3:17

When shall I arise, and the night be gone? Job 7:4

Watchman, what of the night? The watchman said, The morning cometh. Isa. 21:11, 12

Yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Heb. 10:37

He shall be as the light of the morning, when the sun riseth, even a morning without clouds. II Sam 23:4

I go to prepare a place for you And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself, that where I am, there ye may be also. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. John 14:2, 3, 27, 28

Let all thine enemies perish, O LORD; but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. Jud. 5:31

Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. I Thes. 5:5

There shall be no night there. Rev. 21:25

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee. Isa 26:3

Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee; he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. Psa. 55:22

I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Isa 12:2

Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Matt. 8:26

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Phil. 4:6, 7

In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength. Isa. 30:15

The effect of righteousness [shall be] quietness and assurance for ever. Isa. 32:17

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 14:27

Peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come. Rev. 1:4

Let not the sun go down upon your wrath. Eph. 4:26

If thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother... Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven. Matt. 18:15, 21, 22

When ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses. Mark 11:25

Put on, therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. Col. 3:12, 13

Be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. Eph. 4:32

The apostles said unto the Lord, Increase our faith. Luke 17:5

Help me to walk so close to Thee
That those who know me best can see
I live as godly as I pray,
And Christ is real from day to day.     Ryberg

My Father is greater than I. John 14:28

When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven. Luke 11:2

My Father, and your Father; my God and your God. John 20:17

As the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. John 14:31

The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. John 14:10

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. John 3:35

Thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him. John 17:2

Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? John 14:8-10

I and my Father are one. John 10:30

As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. John 15:9, 10.

[The woman's seed] shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. Gen. 3:15

His visage was so marred more than any man, and his form more than the sons of men. Isa. 52:14

He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. Isa. 53:5

This is your hour, and the power of darkness. Luke 22:53

My soul cleaveth unto the dust: quicken thou me according to thy word. Psa. 119:25

If ye ... be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For . . . your life is hid with Christ in God. Col. 3:1-3

Our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Phil. 3:20, 21

The flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. Gal. 5:17

Brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. Rom. 8:12, 13

Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul. I Pet. 2:11

The measure of faith. Rom. 12:3

Him that is weak in the faith. Rom. 14:1

Strong in faith, giving glory to God. Rom. 4:20

O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? Matt. 14:31

Great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. Matt. 15:28

Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.... According to your faith be it unto you. Matt. 9:28, 29

Lord, increase our faith. Luke 17:5

Building up yourselves on your most holy faith. Jude 20

Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith. Col. 2:7

He which stablisheth us with you in Christ. . . . is God. II Cor. 1:21

The God of all grace ... after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. I Pet. 5:10

We ... that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Rom. 15:1

Let us not . . . judge one another: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way. Rom. 14:13

It pleased the Father, that in him should all fulness dwell. Col. 1:19

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand. John 3:35

God hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Phil. 2:9-11

Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. Eph. 1:21

By him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him. Col. 1:16

Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living. Rom. 14:9

And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power. Col. 2:10

Of his fulness have all we received. John 1:16

Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter. Rev. 1:19

Holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. II Pet. 1:21

That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with his Son Jesus Christ. I John 1:3

Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. And when he had thus spoken, he shewed them his bands and his feet. Luke 24:39, 40

He that saw it bare record, and his record is true: and he knoweth that he saith truth, that ye might believe. John 19:35

We have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. II Pet. 1:16

That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. I Cor. 2:5

Thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption. Isa. 38:17

God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. I John 4:9, 10

Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy. He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea. Mic. 7:18, 19

O LORD my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me. O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. Psa. 30:2, 3

When my soul fainted within me I remembered the LORD: and my prayer came in unto thee, into thine holy temple. Jonah 2:7

I waited patiently for the LORD. He brought me up ... out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock. Psa. 40:1, 2

The things which are. Rev. 1:19

Now we see through a glass, darkly. I Cor. 13:12

Now we see not yet all things put under him. Heb. 2:8

We have ... a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts. II Pet. 1:19

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psa. 119:105

Beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; how that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. Jude 17, 18

The Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils. II Tim. 4:1

Little children, it is the last time. I John 2:18

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Rom. 13:12
