The days of thy mourning shall be ended. Isa. 60:20

In the world ye shall have tribulation. John 16:33

The whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. Rom. 8:22, 23

We that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. II Cor. 5:4

These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb, Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters; and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Rev. 7:14-17

Master, carest thou not that we perish? Mark 4:38

The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. Psa. 145:9

Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things. Gen. 9:3

While the earth remaineth, seed-time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night, shall not cease. Gen. 8:22

The LORD is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him. Nah. 1:7

God heard the voice of the lad: and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is. And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink. Gen. 21:17, 19

Take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, what shall we drink? for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. Matt. 6:31, 32

Trust ... in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy. I Tim. 6:17

Your work of faith. I Thess. 1:3

This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent. John 6:29

Faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. James 2:17

Faith worketh by love. Gal. 5:6

He that soweth to his flesh, shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. Gal. 6:8

We are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Eph. 2:10

Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. Titus 2:14

We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth. Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power. II Thess. 1:3, 11

It is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure. Phil. 2:13

Where is the promise of his coming? II Pet. 3:4

Enoch ... the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon all. Jude 14, 15

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him; and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Rev. 1:7

The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. I Thess. 4:16, 17

The grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ. God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. I John 5:11

As the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself. As the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will. John 5:26, 21

I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: and whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. John 11:25, 26

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father. John 10:11, 17, 18

No man cometh unto the Father, but by me. John 14:6

He that hath the Son, hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God, hath not life. I John 5:12

For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. Col. 3:3, 4

If ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. Rom. 8:13

Now the works of the flesh are manifest which are these; Adultery, fornication.... and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Gal. 5:19, 21-25

Then said the princes of the Phillistines, What do these Hebrews here? I Sam. 29:3

If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye: for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief... or as a busy body in other men's matters. I Pet. 4:14, 15

Let not ... your good be evil spoken of. Rom. 14:16

Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles. I Pet. 2:12

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? Ye are the temple of the living God. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing. II Cor. 6:14, 16, 17

Ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people: that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light. I Pet. 2:9

The kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared. Titus 3:4

I have loved thee with an everlasting love. Jer. 31:3

In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. I John 4:9, 10

When the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, to redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. Gal. 4:4, 5

The Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father), full of grace and truth. John 1:14

Great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh. I Tim. 3:16

As the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil. Heb. 2:14

Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift. II Cor. 9:15

Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. Serve the LORD with gladness; come before his presence with singing. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. Psa. 100:1, 2, 4

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Isa. 9:6-7

He ... spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all. Rom. 8:32

Having yet ... one son, his well beloved, he sent him. Mark 12:6

Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! Psa. 107:21

Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Psa. 103:1

My soul doth magnify the Lord, and my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour. Luke 1:46, 47

That on the good ground are they, which in an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience. Luke 8:15

By faith ye stand. II Cor. 1:24

I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. John 9:4

He that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. Gal. 6:8-10

He is our peace. Eph. 2:14
