It is a night to be much observed unto the Lord for bringing them out from the land of Egypt. Exo. 12:42

The Lord Jesus the same night in which he was betrayed took bread: and when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat: this is my body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as off as ye drink it, in remembrance of me. I Cor. 11:23-25

He ... kneeled down, and prayed. And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Luke 22:41, 44

It was the preparation of the passover, and about the sixth hour:..... they took Jesus, and led him away; . . . into a place called.... Golgotha: where they crucified him. John 19:14, 16-18

Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: therefore let us keep the feast. I Cor. 5:7, 8

Who shall he able to stand? Rev. 6:17

Who may abide the day of his coming? and who shall stand when he appeareth? for he is like a refiner's fire, and like fullers' soap. Mal. 3:2

I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands. These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb, which is in the midst of the throne, shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. Rev. 7:9, 14-17

There is no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. Rom. 8:1

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free. Gal. 5:1

By the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight. Rom. 3:20

If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. I Cor. 15:19, 20

The Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD. Isa. 59:20

We have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace. Eph. 1:7

Ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot. I Pet. 1:18, 19

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. Psa. 119:105

I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation. Psa. 119:99

Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions. Psa. 25:7

I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins. Isa. 44:22

I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. Isa. 43:25

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. Isa. 1:18

As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Rev. 3:19

My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: for whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. Heb. 12:5, 6

Even as a father the son in whom he delighteth. Prov. 3:12

He maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole. Job 5:18

Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. I Pet. 5:6

I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. Isa. 48:10

He doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men. Lam. 3:33

He hath not dealt with us after our sins; nor rewarded us according to our iniquities. For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. For he knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. Psa. 103:10-14

God is in heaven, and thou upon earth therefore let thy words be few. Ecc. 5:2

When ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of before ye ask him. Matt. 6:7, 8

They ... called on the name of Baal from morning even until noon, saying, O Baal, hear us. I Kings 18:26

Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other. Luke 18:10, 11, 13, 14

Lord, teach us to pray. Luke 11:1

The fruit of the Spirit is goodness. Gal. 5:27

Be ye ... followers of God, as dear children. Eph. 5:1

Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; that ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust. Matt. 5:44, 45

Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful. Luke 6:36

The fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth. Eph. 5:9

After that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour. Titus 3:4-6

The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works. Psa. 145:9

He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? Rom. 8:32

en-ezer ... Hitherto hath the Lord helped us. I Sam. 7:12

I was brought low, and he helped me. Psa. 116:6

Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. Psa. 28:6, 7

It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes. Psa. 118:8, 9

Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God. Psa. 146:5

He led them forth by the rightway, that they might go to a city of habitation. Psa. 107:7

There failed not ought of any good thing which the LORD had spoken unto the house of Israel; all came to pass. Josh. 21:45

When I sent you without purse, and scrip, and shoes, lacked ye any thing? And they said, Nothing. Luke 22:35

Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice. Psa. 63:7
