Let us put on the armour of light. Rom. 13:12
Put ... on the Lord Jesus Christ. Rom. 13:14
That I may win Christ, and be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, The righteousness which is of God by faith. Phil. 3:8, 9
The righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe. Rom. 3:22
He hath covered me with the robe of righteousness. Isa. 61:10
I will go in the strength of the Lord GOD: I will make mention of thy righteousness, even of thine only. Psa. 71:16
Ye were sometime darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light. Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. All things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Awake thou that steepest, and rise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then thatye walk circumspectly. Eph. 5:8, 11, 13, 13-15

When ye shall have done all those things which are commanded you, say, We are unprofitable servants. Luke 17:10
Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. Rom. 3:27
What hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it? I Cor. 4:7
By grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. Eph. 2:8-10
By the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. I Cor. 15:10
For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things. Rom. 11:36
All things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee. I Chron. 29:14
Enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified. Psa. 143:2

He knoweth our frame; he remembereth that we are dust. Ps.a 103:14
The LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Gen. 2:7
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works: and that my soul knoweth right well. My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret. Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. Psa. 139:14-16
Have we not all one father? hath not one God created us? Mal. 2:10
In him we live, and move, and have our being. Acts 17:28
Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. Psa. 103:13
He, being full of compassion, forgave their iniquity, and destroyed them not: yea, many a time turned he his anger away, and did not stir up all his wrath. For he remembered that they were but flesh; a wind that passeth away, and cometh not again. Psa. 78:38, 39

What would He find, should He come just now:
A faded leaf, or a fruitless bough;
A servent sleeping, an idle plow?
What would He find, should He come just now? Anon

Turn your eyes upon Jesus,
Look full in His wonderful face;
And the things of earth will grow strangely dim
In the light of His glory and grace.

It's not what I achieve that qualifies,
It matters not if I gain weath or fame;
The only thing I must be certain of
Is "Have I put my trust in Jesus' name?" Hess

I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth. Luke 11:5-8

Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving. Col. 4:2
[Jesus] went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. Luke 6:12
