Now either he was talking about two different things here...The OT and then the NT, at which time he still gets it wrong. If he is talking about that then the health of the society was measured about how well the prospered because of their obedience to God. If he was not talking about that and it was all to be in reference to NT times then I am wondering what part of the NT was in Hebrew....oh thats right...none of it was.
