I'm from West Texas! Hey,tigerlily! Ever had Tex-Mex? Hello Fluffy, I realize you were asking TigerLily, but you just had to mention some food that I really enjoy. YES, I like "Tex-Mex", "Ok-Mex", "Mex-Mex", and just about any other Mexican food. AND, you just made me hungry for Mexican food. I'm on a diet and don't have any Mexican food in the house right now, so all I can do is pour some hot sauce on some "Melba Toast". Care for some?

Hello Sandra, I've already welcomed you in another thread, but I have to inform you that one of our favorite moderators is also from Washington State. Grammyluv is a sweet and strong Christian lady who is an inspiration and encouragement to all of us. By the way, all of our moderators are unpaid volunteers. I don't know what shift grammyluv is working right now at her regular job, but I'm sure you'll get to converse with her soon. In case you're wondering, she's also a proud grandma. Love In Christ, Tom Famous Christian Quotes 37 - "It is extremely important to our nation , in a political as well as religious view , that all possible authority and influence should be given to the scriptures, for these furnish the best principles of civil liberty , and the most effectual support of republican government. The principles of all genuine liberty , and of wise laws and administrations are to be drawn from the Bible and sustained by it's authority. The man therefore who weakens or destroys the divine authority of that book may be accessory to all the public disorders which society is doomed to suffer...." -- Noah Webster

Hello Daisy, We actually have people from all over the world here - even some with English as a second language. I'm from Lawton Ft. You will find a large variety of outstanding Christian materials on Christians Unite, and I pray that you will enjoy them. Thanks Deb! You know, I've lived all over the U.S. but I'm from Seattle. I think Washington is the most beautiful place on earth and Seattle is one of the most beautiful cities. If you have to live in a city that is!

Hello Regina,
I've seen some beautiful pictures of Arizona, but I may have only been through Arizona several times as a child.
I remember you asking about Christian art, and I hope that you found some things you could use here. We do have several threads on the forum full of Christian art and a large clipart section on the main Christians Unite board. I can't remember if I told you about the menu on the left side of each forum page. You should find several that involve Christian graphics. I think that the nicest graphics are on the forum, but it depends on what you need or want.
Love in Christ, Tom
Psalms 103:11-13 NIV 11 For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; 12 as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. 13 As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him;
