Supreme Leader praises Hizbollah, Lebanese victory over Israel

Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei here on Tuesday praised "shocking" victory of Hizbollah and the Lebanese people against the Zionist Regime of Israel.
"Reliance on God Almighty, brave resistance and maximum use of all the existing potential have been the key to shocking victory of the Lebanese people and Hizbollah against the Zionist Regime," said Ayatollah Khamenei on Eid-ul-Fitr on Tuesday.
The Supreme Leader made the remark in a meeting with a group of senior Iranian officials, ambassadors of Islamic states in Tehran and a group of people from different walks of life on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, a festival marking end of the holy month of Ramadhan.
He said the prescription can be of use by whole the Muslim states provided that their officials would not prefer personal interests to those of the public and the country.
