I had the opportunity to share the gospel with my daughters young friend last night.   It was an outright blessing!   My kids have been listening to me and my wife discuss all the current world events that appear to be taking shape scripturally, and my daughter had one of her friends over last night.   My daughter started telling her about Jesus and what shes heard me and my wife talking about.  This girl came to me and started asking about it all.   I laid out the Gospel for her as she soaked it up like sponge, and then explained how she could receive Jesus' free gift of grace.   Now she wants to tell all her family how to be saved...Praise God!!!!   It was an awesome experience!

Please keep Brittany in your prayers.  She will no doubt be facing a number of challenges trying to explain her new found faith with her family.

Praying that God will prepare the hearts and minds of ALL her family members, and that God keeps His mighty hand on this young girls life as she takes her first baby steps in a brand life.

Blessings!

Children are so amazing, God uses them in a very strong way. When we raise our children to love and trust in the Lord, they automatcally share these things with thier friends. They are so trusting in the ways we teach them and when we teach them in God's Way, and set an example for them they have confidence and are unashamed, they are not hesitant in sharing The Good News, especially when they know they have Godly parents that will help them.

The Bible exhorts us over and over again to teach our children while they are young

De 4:10 Specially the day that thou stoodest before the LORD thy God in Horeb, when the LORD said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.

I can't find th Scripture right now, but I believe it says;
teach a child in the way they should go and when they are grown they will not depart from it. That may not be the exact wording but it is the message given.  If anyone knows which Scripture I'm refering to please let me know.

A little update....

Good news!   Brittany has not been banned from coming over to our house, which I feared might happen if her parents felt we were preaching some weirdness to their daughter.  I consider this alone answer to prayer in a small but significant way!

Grace and Peace!
