If we look at life
through the lens of our powerful and good God,
we’ll trust Him instead of fearfully worrying.
When our perspective is right, we can see God
and His faithful provision. —Anne Cetas

As Christians, we know that the ability to think
is a God-given gift.
But sad to say, we can misuse it by entertaining
thoughts that are vulgar, foul, and mean.
Paul told us to meditate on whatever is
true, noble, just, pure, lovely, virtuous, praiseworthy,
and of good report (Philippians 4:8 ).
Lord, help us to discipline our thoughts.

True thanksgiving means that we need to thank

God for what He has done for us,

and not tell Him what we have done for Him.

While we are to be encouragers
to each other,
only Jesus can look into the hidden  corners of our hearts and see the tears, frustrations, heartaches, loneliness, terror  and agony that we
keep hidden from people.
Only Jesus can heal a broken heart  and restore our joy.

A prayer unsaid cannot be heard,
A prayer unheard cannot be answered.   Cheesy

Today, many of us own Bibles, but are we changed
by the truths found there?
We are called to read,
hear, and obey His Word.
It should cause us to take immediate action to bring our lives into harmony with God’s desires.
