Dear Brothers and Sisters... I need your prayers.  I have been searching for a job and nothing has come up. With the Lords help and direction, I hope the right one comes along soon.

   God Bless and Thank You...Tina

Good Morning Sister Tina!

I will be praying for you. I was reading your post and had an immediate thought about waiting upon the LORD. Sister, we get answers in God's time, and His answers are always the best. I'm very happy to hear that you have prayed about a job, and the most important thing is doing HIS Will in all things. Sister, wait upon the LORD.

Love In Christ,
Tom

Amen brother Tom!
Sister, you will be in my prayers.  Yes, our wonderful Lord is a patient Lord and so must we too be patient.  Its sounds as if your on the right track!  May the Lord use you in the most remarkable of ways!

Tina,

I know it's hard when you need income!  And no source is immediately available.  Lately, I was drawn to a famous passage in I Kings . . . a widowed woman and her son have a little handful of meal and a splash of oil, about which she says:  I'm gonna cook this for us, and then I'll die.

Elijah asks her to first make a little cake for him.  If she does this, he claims, the oil and the meal will never run out even as famine devours the land in which they're living.

The widow does it.  And because she thinks beyond herself, beyond her own needs, even those of the child depending on her, she is delivered.  She always has enough.

I'm sure this is you, too.  There's nothing easy about these lessons, is there?  Perhaps there's some Elijah calling you to do for someone else, to provide for some ministry, to give a little something.  You're probably already doing it, Tina.  Because of your generosity and your faith, the Divine will make sure you have enough.

So glad you asked, Pastor Roger....  I have an interview on Wed.  So hopefully I can add a new post in the "answered prayer" topic soon...
