Here is the responce to my request to "hide" my post count..............with inappropriate temanology altered
Sorry Gary - but you can't hide from your post count.
I know there are a handful of boards that don't use it, but most boards do and we will continue to use it here. Post counts are helpful to people in determining the expertise of a person answering a question, the validity of the response and if a user is a very active member or just a post w****.
This is just a case in point, and why I feel like just because I enjoy conversation, it hurts my credibility on the site, and why I wanted to hide the post count.
I guess as long as I still stay withn the "relevent comments" spectrom, the truth will set them free
