Please leave more cheese - you'll be glad that you did. Brother Tom it's hard enough trying to feed 2 teenagers, forget the mice, they'll just have to go and hang around the dumpster of the FURTHEST fast food resturant. |

Pineapple upside down cake. I love it. I have my own recipe for it but you have to be a pineapple lover to eat it.

Next time you get a chance take a standard cake mix, yellow or white. Replace the water it calls for with pineapple juice reducing the amount by 1/4 cup. Add drained crushed pineapple and drained chunk pineapple. Place pineapple circles and brown surgar in the bottom of the dish then pour cake batter over it and bake according to directions.
You have to reduce the amount of juice per water amount because of the juices already in the pineapple.
