Hi Brother Hank, did you reset your password? The same thing happened to all of us when the servers got changed over. Maybe if you went back and tried again with your old username and say you don't remember your password, you will get an email showing you how to reset your password, only thing is you cannot use the same passord you had before it will have to be a different one. If you already tried that and it didn't work, than
WELCOME again  Cheesy

Hi brohank, I'm glad that you at least got back in. I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't get your original user name. Everyone else so far has been able to get in through re-verification of their user name either by the secret question or by email verification so I don't know what happened with your account. I'm glad though that you are here.

Hello Brother Hank (Evangelist),

Brother, I'm sorry that you had trouble getting your old account back. Please try it one more time like below:

1 - Try to log in under your old account.

2 - The password blank will come up.

3 - Click that you forgot your password and want to answer the secret question.

4 - Answer the secret question correctly and the system will let you make your own password right then and log on with the new password without any email transaction at all.

Brother, I really am sorry you are having this trouble. The new servers are pretty quick, nice, and worth the headaches. I wish that I knew some other way to help you, but I really don't. I don't think that anyone has access to the passwords, including ADMIN. If I understand correctly, the closest someone could get would be an encrypted jumble that is impossible to "un-jumble'.

Love In Christ,
Tom
