Yessir!  On the State level.  For about the past 5, almost six years.  I've been here twice before over the past 14 years too.  Yah.  I can relate to that scene!     It's more common to find things simply taking six times the norm to get anything done.

Very much true!  They always seem to have the things work best and most efficiently that affect them the most.
